Live Long & Strong Bootcamp
The Bootcamp classes are instructed by Starr McMichael and Lisa Erlic. The instructors are working hard to continue bringing a supportive, non-competitive environment where ”YOU are your own benchmark!” Classes are designed for all levels of fitness to provide a workout appropriate for everyone. The classes are planned outside in various locations around the studio – you can’t beat working out with a great group overlooking the ocean or even right on the beach! Workout settings have been chosen to offer a variety of workouts and allow everyone to experience this amazing place we call home. The classes end back in the studio with a Pilates-based cooldown designed by Susan, the Studio’s program director.
There is space available in all classes right now, and we are currently taking registrations for the Fall I Session which starts on August 30. We are also planning a new Introductory class to start in the Fall; please contact us for more details if you are interested.

Schedule:
Mondays: 6:00-7:15pm
Tuesdays: 9:00-10:15am
Wednesdays: 5:30-6:45pm
Thursdays: 9:00-10:15am
Saturdays: 9:00-10:15am
