WHAT IS FITCamp?
Our classes provide a whole body workout with key Pilates principles to create a safe, effective workout. You can work at your own level while still being challenged in each component of the workout. Classes are small to allow indiviual attention. Our focus on proper form and posture helps you move more safely and effectively!
THE WORKOUT
Meet at our studio at Mattick’s Farm for a warmup, then head out with the group to one of our nearby workout locations. Using resistance bands, body weight exercises, and cardio intervals, workouts are designed to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. Each class finishes back at the studio, where our unique cooldown combining Pilates core work and stretching lets you recover and leave feeling revitalized!
