<p>We combine Pilates technique and theory with cardio and strength exercises to get a great whole-body workout, help you exercise safely, and work toward your goals!</p>
<p>Our program is outdoors and incorporates circuit workouts, but that is about all it has in common with other Bootcamps &#8211; no yelling, exercising to exhaustion, or not being able to walk the next day!  You can work at your own level but still be challenged in a supportive, fun group environment.</p>
<p>Classes take advantage of the studio&#8217;s amazing Cordova Bay location, rotating between the beach, ocean view parks, and west coast forests, finishing back at the studio for a great core workout and stretching session.</p>
<p>Workouts can be tailored to any fitness level and your first class is free, so contact us today to get started!</p>
