Work out in this dynamic outdoor group circuit class and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit in amazing locations, from the beach to a west coast forest!

Combining cardio, strength training, and core work, our FITCamp classes will make sure you work hard but can still walk the next day! Our classes provide a whole body workout with key Pilates principles to create a safe, effective workout.  You can work at your own level while still being challenged in each component of the workout.  Classes are small to allow individual attention. Our focus on proper form and posture helps you move more safely and effectively while you get strong and fit!

Meet at our studio at Mattick’s Farm for a warmup, then head out with the group to one of our nearby workout locations.  Using resistance bands, body weight exercises, and cardio intervals, workouts are designed to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness.  Each class finishes back at the studio, where our unique cool down combining Pilates core work and stretching lets you recover and leave feeling revitalized!
